They think it's all over... No chance!

You know what they say: you just can't keep a good elephant down. And it seems that it's true!

We may have retired Winston and Fiona last summer, but their kids, the Winstonettes, will be on tour with us this year. That's right, the Face Your Elephant marquee is returning!

A quick recap for you, a marquee full of goodies such as smoothie makers, photovoltaics (that's solar panels to you and me), hydrogen cars, wikkidabad graffiti, and much much much much much more will be out and about at festivals this summer. As the sharp amongst you will be able to tell from the date, we won't be at Glastonbury this year :( , BUT we will be at the magical mystery southern wonderland that is LATITUDE!

Personally I think it's better that Glastonbury anyway, only one of them sold out this year and it ain't the big G.

Here comes the science: why's it called Face Your Elephant? To steal Kit's words from last year: "Theres an elephant in the room when it comes to climate change and thats our own personal contribution. For me it's 5.6 tonnes a year, that's well below the average person in the UK, but about twice my global fair share. It weighs about the same as an African Elephant." The average person in the UK produces about two elephants' worth, and we need to get that down to one baby elephant each. Face Your Elephant is designed to make people realise that and show them how to do it, but also show that you can still have fun when being green.

Find out a bit more about Face Your Elephant and what we did last year at http://www.switchonswitchoff.org/Go/Elephant.

Anyway, if you're around the 'Tude why not pop in and say hi? You never know, you might end up being an elephant groupie!
