The band have been playing together for over three years now, and have over 20 years of experience between us.
Our influences began with pop-punk bands such as Blink 182 and Greenday, and gradually shifted to harder rock. There was also a period where the band performed alot of indie rock but soon realized that the majority of local bands were also shifting towards indie rock causing what appeared to be an extinction in what used to be young teens with raw talent performing good, loud, upbeat music.
Level Headed soon after reared back to their original genre having experimented with several others. And experiencing a variety of demand at a range of differently themed events.
As a group, Level Headed believe that climate change involves all aspects of life that affect us as human beings, and the younger generation are not aware of the effects of climate change which could lead to extreme weather conditions. From here, thousands of people could die from all around the world and Level Headed want to be part of the prevention of this occuring. Level Headed/We are aware that to make a difference in something as serious as global warming, communities need to work together in groups rather than a few odd individuals doing their part for society. This is why we'd like to be a part of such an event that raises the awareness of the reality of global warming.
